In addition to the direct hydraulic control systems Expro has developed the EXPRESS series of subsea control systems.

The EXPRESS subsea control systems are used to control landing string functions during well testing, completion and intervention operations. Hydraulically and electrically piloted controls systems improve response times, reduces the physical umbilical size and allows the emergency disconnect of the landing string assembly within the time requirements of dynamically positioned drilling units.

Exploration and Appraisal

Express-EA
Using the extensive track record of our hydraulically controlled deep water ventpack system Expro has added an electro-hydraulic interface to create the Express-EA for exploration and appraisal (EA) applications.  This has enabled exploration and appraisal operations to be safely executed up to 10,000 ft waterdepth, providing a 20s response time.

Completion and Intervention

Express-CI
With the increasing deep water development activity, Expro developed an electro-hydraulic control system for completion and intervention (CI) applications.  The systems can be used with our ELSA-HD, ELSA-HP and ELSA-DB products lines.

Express-HP
With the technical advancements of the industry to develop high pressure (HP), deep water fields Expro has been the first to introduce an electro-hydraulic control system, enabling completion and flowback operations to be conducted in these environments.  These systems are field proven and are being used in conjunction with our ELSA-HP.
