Quinn Fanning

In October 2019, Quinn was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Expro, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in financial leadership and general management through his time as CFO of a public company and as an investment banker.

Prior to joining Expro, Quinn was an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tidewater Inc. He played a key role in completing Tidewater's financial restructuring and its business combination with GulfMark Offshore, Inc.

Before Tidewater, he was a Managing Director with Citigroup Global Markets, Inc., responsible for senior client coverage and executing a wide variety of M&A, strategic advisory, and capital markets transactions across all sectors of the global energy complex.

Quinn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
